technology in terms of energy efficiency and service life of control devices, LEDs are accompanied by electronic devices that enable the lamps to handle "single point" lights. Depending on the customer's needs, each spot can be configured to dynamically adjust to nighttime length (SMI system), process it using the command line (AC, DC or touch system), and even dim the presence detection of the sensor based on a set of fixtures.
In the control device in which the SMI system is configured, the power on and off are controlled by the photocell or the astronomical clock, and the control device automatically adjusts the brightness. The microprocessor of the control unit measures and remembers the duration of the first four nights. Using this data, it calculates the average "on" time period required to establish the intermediate time point. The reduced level is then activated a few hours before and after the intermediate time point. These parameters are fully programmable.
Throughout 2015, leading LED public lighting manufacturers will provide users with fully programmable LED drivers. This means that end users can quickly and easily configure configurations such as current output, turn-on time and attenuation, LED module thermal protection or lumen level maintenance (LLM) options. In addition, different adjustment methods can be selected to connect sensors, maintenance notifications when approaching end-of-life electronic devices or LED modules.
